Day 7 - Trek from Gangotri to Base Camp

Alle duffels worden verdeeld onder de dragers. Er zijn teveel dragers, dus hetis vechten voor een plekje. Wij zijn klaar voor vertrek, eindelijk na 7 dagen in India te zijn gearriveerd. Vandaag lopen we een kleine 20 km. 700 meter hoger; goed voor de acclimatisatie. Vanaf nu zullen de berichten wat spaarzamer worden, want we verlaten de bewoonde en daarmee de digitale wereld.

All the duffel bags are being divided among the carriers. There are too many carriers, so they have to fight for their opportunity. After arriving in India 7 days ago, we are ready to go. Today we are walking 20 km. We will ascend 700 meter, which is good for the acclimatization. From now on there will be less messages from the team on the blog, because we are leaving the inhabited lands and therefore also the digital world.
